RETURN AND REFUND
Customers can make refunds and refunds within one week of the product being received by the customer. The money will be credited to the customers account within 7 to 14 working days.

How do I return an item?
The buyer will return the order back to Ming Hui Success Enterprise for inspection and we will then decide if the return meets our criteria. We will process the return within 5 working days upon receiving the item and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
If a request was raised due to Non-receipt of item, please do check whether your dispatch team had shipped the item. You can accept the refund if they had not ship the parcel. If you suspect it being lost or delayed shipment, do let us know by providing proof.
What is your returns policy?
All same items in the orders or incomplete orders must be returned in order for the return/ refund request to be processed.
For example, if customers purchased four peaces of round neck T-shirt, customers will need to return all four peaces of round neck T-shirt even if it there is only one that is damaged in transit or incomplete.
Failure to return all the same items will result to a rejection of return request.
How do I track my order?
All of the shipping status of customer order will be visible from Ming Hui Success Enterprise Website directly and orders that are being shipped by most local courier service provider will still be visible directly in your order's shipping information when we updated the tracking number into the order.
What are your delivery options?
The customers can choose their preferred logistic provider such as Post Laju, Ninja Xpress, J&T Express, Abx Express, Airpak Express and other logistic providers to shipping their own items.
